Elaine Woodriff says...
Your Mason Jar Hummingbird Dish Feeder was unusable. The hanger, once removed from the dish, was impossible to reattach onto the dish. It was designed so that the two hanger ends would not properly fit onto the bottom metal rim because, after attaching one hanger end to the bottom rim, the other hanger end then was oppositely aligned so that it could not properly be attached to the bottom rim. Plus the bottom rim, when the two bottom rim ends were hooked together, would not hold—they easily unhooked. What good is that? I finally installed a string around the jar and attached the two hanger ends onto the string.
But unfortunately, the dish was not level and the nectar slopped out making a mess.
The whole contraption was a total worthless mess. I’m sorry I ordered it.

Hi Carol, Thank you for reaching out. Each red flower port should have a hole in the middle as this is where the birds place their beak and extend their tongue to reach the nectar. If needed, please reach out to our customer service team directly via info@natureswaybirds.com so we can assist you further. Thank you!

Kind of surprised that the red flowers on the Mason style jars do not have holes in them. My husband created a hole hope it is ok, that the birds can get their beaks in them. Carol Hadland
