Ribbed Rose Glass Gravity Hummingbird Feeder

Natures way sent me a new bottom feeder part that seems to be not leaking so far.

Wish I had seen the reviews here. I got 2 and they both started leaking soon after setting up.

This thing leaks profusely and drains in a few hours. I noticed that it spontaneously begins leaking after being OK for a time. My theory is that it is a design flaw in the base as I don't see any cracks or others discrepancies that would explain it. Seems to me that thermal expansion of the air column causes fluid to push out which is as expected. But that fluid then will flow over the inner reservoir rim into the outer space where it can leak out. Inner reservoir should have a higher wall to allow for the expansion and contraction. I guess if you had a zillion birds feeding on it they would take care of the overflow. But the Annas here spend most of their energy chasing each other away. This article is headed for the trash.

Loved this glass bird feeder. After less than 2 months the plastic bottom broke off. Thought it was maybe just a defect and purchased another one. After about a month the bird feeder leaked out the bottom plastic tray. Very disappointed.

This is a beautiful and well crafted hummingbird feeder. It holds 28 oz of liquid and the liquid container is made out of a thick ribbed glass. I can’t wait for the weather to warm up and the bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds to enjoy this feeder!
