Ribbed Rose Glass Gravity Hummingbird Feeder

The hummingbirds LOVE this feeder but unfortunately, I have had to replace them at least 3 times due to the leaking, breaking and cracking of the plastic base portion (and I didn't see a replacement on your website). I go through 6 lbs. of sugar per week so that should tell you that I have many birds dining from these feeders. I would appreciate it if you could either send a replacement feeder or the base portion? I would mark it a 5 star if it didn't leak. Thank you!

I purchased this from Tractor Supply Co. It was fine at first but then started leaking from the base. I returned it for a new one and within a week this one also started leaking from the base. I wish I had found and read the reviews first. One response from customer service said the base was redesigned to address this. I have asked customer service to respond to me. If their response is favorable, I will revisit my review and score, but right now I don't recommend this product, though as others have stated the birds do like it.

Bought this at my local TSC on FL. Not sure what I am doing wrong but it is being returned. Filled it three times this week and the nectar is gone in a couple of hours. No birds drinking it.

I purchased 2 of these. They are a poor design as the fluid drains out of the bottom. I have called and left messages and emailed the office am awaiting a response.

I bought one of your ribbed hummingbird feeders. As in a previous review, the hummingbirds loved it, but about one month later, the plastic feeder portion cracked. I see that you have redesigned the plastic feeder portion. I can't use the feeder as is.
