I noticed that there were some reviews of this feeder as I was looking at the site. We feed birds, bird feeders come apart for cleaning. The other two reviews where it came apart seem to be people who don’t know how to screw a nut back on. The feeder is simple. It’s made to be easily cleaned from what I can see, and it just needed to be screwed back on. Sometimes they can spin in the wind if improperly installed and this type could unscrew, it’s not a bad product, just need a little more common sense.
Same as Rebecca’s review mine fell apart after two days and I can’t figure out how to assemble it.

my sparrows and finches love these feeders. a few birds can enjoy eating at one time. it’s very easy to disassemble for cleaning. the only drawback is that sometimes the millet can get stuck in the drainage holes, but a good stream of water can dislodge them
The bird feeder looks great, but unfortunately, it fell apart just three days after I started using it. There were no instructions on how to reassemble it, which is incredibly frustrating. While the tag provides guidance on filling it and cleaning it every two weeks, I seriously doubt it will hold up that long. Given the amount I paid for it, I expect much better quality. At the very least, there should be clear directions for putting it back together if needed. This is unacceptable.I wont be purchasing another one of your products.
