The birds absolutely LOVE these platform feeders! I have many medium to large birds in my yard and these feeders are perfect for them to be sharing with their family and friends. They are spacious and deep enough to hold a large amount of birdseed, or my go-to, sunflower seeds, to attract a lot of species to the feeder. I get Pine and Evening Grosbeaks, Bluejays, and various Woodpeckers that prefer a feeder like this, but the small birds still love them too. Some are bigger which can make for more seed waste, more clean up, etc. This feeder is easy to handle filled on/off the hook it hangs from. Room enough for birds to land & feed comfortably. I like the hanger material as well. No rust worries. Overall just a good quality, good size feeder!
