[Collected via promotion.] VERY DISAPPOINTED in the quality of this bird feeder. The stained glass panel is not sturdy and will not stay in place. Afraid to put seed in it for fear the panel will fall out and spill seed everywhere. After contacting Nature's Way, they informed me that due to the "nature of the product" a return for refund would not be allowed. I had not used the feeder so they agreed to give me a return authorization for an exchange. The problem is the return shipping costs as much as the product itself and therefore is not worth making the return. Unfortunately I cannot use this feeder. If you are going to sell products that cannot be returned or refunded then please pay closer attention to quality.

From the photos in your review, it appears that the plexi panel was not inserted correctly into both grooves on the inside of the feeder, as one side is sitting slightly behind the groove. Lifting out the plexi panel and reinserting into both grooves simultaneously should fix the issue you are experiencing.
