I absolutely love this style birdhouse! It's very well built, very easy to clean. I just purchase one for my son, and set it outside his home office window today! I purchased this same one a few years ago. The 1st year I had no takers, the 2nd year, when I noticed a couple of House Wren checking out the property, I immediately purchased a 2nd one, wouldn't you know, the House Wrens nested in both of them, producing a total of 5 babies combined, which made me very happy knowing that I facilitated the reproduction of songbirds. Last year I had a Black Capped Chickadee couple move in and produced 2 babies.
